Shipping Information

The Pony Letters will ship twice a month, on the 15th of each month and the last day of each month.  Your first Pony Letters packet will ship the first shipment time after you sign up for a subscription.  If you sign up for a subscription on the last day of the month or on the 15th your shipment will be sent during the next shipping period.

All products from the Art Store page will be shipped within 5 days of order.  Shipments will be sent first class mail regular rate and speed unless otherwise agreed upon by the buyer and seller in writing.  

Returns & Cancelations

If you would like to cancel your Pony Letters subscription, please call 850-483-0150 or email julia@freefwdmovement.com  and let us know you would like to cancel. We will cancel your subscription immediately upon receiving notification of cancelation.  

​If you would like to return an item your purchased from our Art Store you will need to ship it back to us at your own cost to The Art of Free Forward Movement, 77 Breckyn Loop, #263, Freeport, FL  32439.  If the item is undamaged and in the same condition it was sent we will refund the payment in full upon the receipt of the item.
